Precisely my friends. Makes senses yes? But in real life this IS how we’ve been taught to “reward” ourselves. Food is not a reward. Food is fuel. Sure we all have cravings, eat treats, have a beer, or that slice of cake. But it should be balanced. Aren’t you deserve more than a doughnut, a greasy pizza, or that plate of cookies??
